What's the difference between contacts in my address book and users?
Contacts in your address book can be clients, employee, customers, suppliers while the users are who also can login with their usernames and passwords. (i.e. users are sharing contacts).
How do I add a person?
If I delete a person what happens to the contact history for that person?
All contact information, notes and events associated with this person will be deleted. Also, the process cannot be undone.
